Strawberry Vanilla Walnut Protein Shake

So It’s about 11:30pm on a Saturday night and I just got home from watching UFC 108 and I’ve been good all night without booze so when I got hungry I figured id make a nice lite shake! Below are the ingredients. Of course the shake is blended in my awesome Magic Bullet Ultra Blender!
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein ( I used the GNC Pro Performance AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60)
5 frozen Strawberries
6 oz Skim milk
5-6 plain walnuts
BLEND!
I only used 6 oz of milk cause I didnt want it to be a big meal like drink. I also used no bananas or peanut butter to keep back on fat and extra calories. Below is the nutritional info for this shake I made. Which was really delicious! it was light on my stomach but was a nice late night shake if you have to eat something!
